tv Show concept (char&obj final)

Remember this from when you were little?

This started my love of elephants... I used to watch this show when I was little. I remember loving every moment of it.

Lizard guy...

This is a lizard guy that started in my sketchbook and eventually became the star of my storyboarding final. I'll post the video later, for now here is that first drawing...

From the drawing board to the storyboard...

So I also took a storyboarding class last semester. Here is a storyboard I did with Walter and Steve. The last two pages are not in color because I didn't have enough time. We also had to do a turn around.

Walter and Steve

These are my two favorite characters. I plan on using them quite a bit in future animations.

This is the orginial concept for Walter and Steve. Steve is the fox and Walter is the sheep guy.

 

Steve is the spastic weirdo while Walter is the why inquisite guy... they compliment eachother perfectly.



Sometimes you have to do what you don't like.

I'm not fond of this... I think that I suck at charactertures. But I suppose practice makes perfect... right? Here are some that I did of Luke, Leah and Han.

Like the title says... here are some sketchbook scans.

making the scene...

Here is a scene that I created this past semester. I posted the final scene as well as the orginal sketchbook scans. Thats where it all starts baby! good 'ol pen and paper!

In this scene baby Igor had gotten lost in the mall just as it was closing. His mother was so worried about him. Luckily a mall security guard found him and reunited him with his mother and pissed off brother.

This was just a sketch that became Baby Igor. 

I wasn't sure what position would work for the brother.

This takes up a whole page... and I think it's so adorable (if I do say so myself)

also if you didn't notice I added cow like ears to Igor himself.

Baby Igor himself started as a turtle...

The mom actually does have a full body!

The security guard started as a regular turtle on his way to work...

And that is a little look into my brain :)
